Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:30pm (UK time) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.
 
Delivery Options

• Free Standard Tracked Delivery (UK): 2–3 working days

• Express Tracked Delivery (UK): 1–2 working days (available at checkout)
   

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped, so you can follow its journey to your door.
 
International Delivery
We are able to ship Internationally using a Royal Mail Tracked Service and options are available at the checkout. Customers are responsible to pay any import and duties fees charged by your local government. If your country is not listed at checkout, please get in touch with our team at support@surgerysuit.com for assistance.

Each Surgery Suit® is thoroughly inspected, packaged by hand, and quality-checked before dispatch. We take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
 
🔁 Returns Policy
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and animal welfare reasons, we cannot accept returns for any item that has been removed from its packaging, tried on, or used.
We kindly ask that you check our Sizing Calculator or contact us before purchase if you are unsure about sizing, we’re happy to guide you to the right fit.
 
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@surgerysuit.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your case quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
 
Returns Address
If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions via email. Returns should not be sent without prior confirmation.
